Best NFL Week 4 Player Props
- C.J. Stroud Over 21.5 Completions
- Kyle Monangai Over 37.5 Rushing Yards
- Malik Willis Over 27.5 Rushing Yards
C.J. Stroud (Texans vs. Cowboys) Over Completions
DeMeco Ryans’ Texans are one of those aforementioned increasingly desperate winless teams, and Houston has a tall order in front of it in Week 4 despite being at home. The high-powered Cowboys come to town with some urgency in their own right after blowing a golden opportunity to send their game against the Ravens in Rio to overtime, and despite the very real possibility of some fatigue from that exhausting trip, the Texans will have to go in with an aggressive mindset on offense given the weapons on the other side.
As such, Stroud should be shouldering a heavy load right from the start Sunday. The fourth-year signal-caller appears likely to have a very good chance of benefitting from the timely return of No. 1 receiver Nico Collins from a two-game absence due to a hamstring injury. Collins was able to practice both Wednesday and Thursday, and Stroud will be facing off with a Dallas defense that has been decimated by injury in the secondary and that’s already allowing a 73.2% completion rate through the first three games.
Stroud recorded 26 and 30 completions in the first two games of the season, while the Cowboys check in allowing the sixth-most completions per contest (22.4). Stroud has two capable pass-catching backs in David Montgomery and Woody Marks in addition to Collins and other solid complementary targets like Dalton Schultz, putting this prop in play.

Kyle Monangai (Bears vs. Jets) Over Rushing Yards
Monangai’s backfield mate D’Andre Swift has spearheaded the Bears’ ground attack over the first three games as expected, but former retains a very reliable complementary role that’s seen him log exactly 10 carries in each of the first three games. The second-year back was able to net tallies of 100 and 47 rushing yards in the first pair of contests before being stymied to the tune of 31 yards Monday night against the Eagles, but the matchup in Week 4 profiles as being likelier to net a result closer to those of Weeks 1 and 2.
The Jets struggled to stop the run yet again against Jahmyr Gibbs and the Lions in Week 3, and New York is now conceding 4.4 yards per carry to running backs over the first three games of the season. The Bears are solid favorites for Sunday’s game as well, and game script could allow a run-centric approach from Chicago by the time the fourth quarter rolls around. Given head coach Ben Johnson appears intent on ensuring Monangai gets his fair share of touches each week and gives Swift some rest in the process.
Monangai’s efficiency also opens up the possibility of him not needing many carries to cash this prop, furthering his case.

Malik Willis (Dophins at Vikings) Over Rushing Yards
The Dolphins have quickly set about fulfilling the prophecy of qualifying as perhaps the worst team in the league and odds-on favorite for first overall pick in the 2027 NFL Draft. Miami has mostly looked hapless in the first three games, even as the Dolphins were more competitive than expected in Week 3 against the Chiefs. Jeff Hafley’s team hits the road in Week 4, however, and they draw an unenviable matchup against a highly aggressive defense coordinated by a coach in Brian Flores that has an ax to grind with the franchise.
Flores will undoubtedly unleash plenty of blitzes against the Dolphins’ undermanned offense, and that could well equate to Willis having to pull the ball down plenty. The mobile veteran already has rushing yardage tallies of 39 and 56 yards in two of his first three games, getting there on robust-for-a-quarterback rush-attempt totals of six and nine. Willis could very well be in that range once again Sunday out of sheer necessity/panic, especially with De’Von Achane (knee) now no longer an option as an outlet option out of the backfield and as a way to help keep defenses honest.
It’s also worth noting Minnesota has faced a relatively modest nine rush attempts from quarterbacks over the first three contests, but those have netted 57 yards, an average of 6.3 yards per carry. Willis is averaging 5.9 on his 17 totes thus far, and 5.6 overall on his 91 career rushes.
