Top TD Picks: Kenyon Sadiq , Makai Lemon
It’s time for the Sunday afternoon Week 4 slate, so we’re going to zone in on two anytime touchdown props. This week, I’m targeting two rookies who are thrust into larger roles due to injuries to teammates. We’re starting it off with a promising tight end coming off a big game and finishing it with a wide receiver who hasn’t gotten it going yet. With that in mind, find out why I’m on Kenyon Sadiq and Makai Lemon.

Kenyon Sadiq (Jets vs. Bears) Touchdown Odds
When the Jets took Kenyon Sadiq in the first round in this year’s draft, the consensus expectation was that he’d take some time to make an impact in fantasy leagues. This was especially the case after we saw him get off to a slow start in camp due to injury. However, Sadiq has surpassed expectations so far.
He’s coming off a huge game against the Lions, where he hauled in 7-of-8 targets for 105 yards and a touchdown. It was not only a game where the opposing defense had been struggling mightily, but also one where Sadiq had more opportunity. This was because Adonai Mitchell and Mason Taylor were sidelined with injury.
That’s going to be the case once again, as both Mitchell and Taylor are out for this game. This gives Sadiq another chance to see more volume. With Breece Hall also dealing with injury, there’s a chance that the Jets will be a more pass-heavy offense, which also bodes well for Sadiq. The first-year tight end is rapidly evolving into the No. 2 target in an improving offense, behind Garrett Wilson.
Makai Lemon (Eagles vs. Rams) Touchdown Odds
Makai Lemon was an intriguing prospect in the first round of drafts, but he fell right into the Eagles’ laps, even though many thought he’d be selected earlier. So far, it’s been a slow start to the season, which was to be expected since Lemon dealt with injuries throughout camp. However, Week 4 represents a major opportunity for Lemon.
With DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert, the Eagles need to rely on Lemon more than before. The rookie could be in line for a big uptick in targets. So far, offensive coordinator Sean Mannion has used Lemon as a gadget player, which is a mistake because he’s capable of so much more. Perhaps with Smith out, Lemon will be asked to run more fantasy-friendly routes downfield instead of right at the line of scrimmage.
With this increased opportunity, Lemon is in a better position to find the end zone, making him worth a shot at his appealing price.
