Club Brugge vs. Aston Villa: Zion Suzuki 4+ Saves (+130)
Zion Suzuki has made a seamless transition from Serie A to the Premier League since joining Aston Villa late in the summer transfer window. The new Villa keeper has conceded just one goal in his first two Premier League starts and now looks to make his Champions League debut against Club Brugge on Tuesday afternoon. The Japan international has saved 83% of shots faced this season, averaging 2.5 saves per game in his early appearances. He now faces one of Belgium’s top sides and will look to show why he is considered one of the best young goalkeepers in the world.
Suzuki could be in for a busy evening based on what Club Brugge have shown this season. No team in the Pro League has been able to stop the reigning Belgian champions from scoring, with Ivan Leko’s side netting nine goals in their first five matches. Club Brugge average 16.8 shots per game with 5.4 on target in domestic competition this season. Playing at home on Tuesday, they are likely to come out aggressively and test Suzuki repeatedly. While Villa’s new keeper has not faced more than 11 shots in a game this season, his UCL debut is likely to be a different experience entirely.
Real Madrid vs. Inter Milan: Jude Bellingham 1+ Goals + Assists (+140)
Real Madrid made a promising start to their La Liga season, winning three straight games under new manager José Mourinho. Los Blancos dropped their most recent outing but will take plenty of encouragement from what they showed in attack early in the campaign. The Spanish side scored 10 goals in their first three matches before being held scoreless against Real Betis on Friday afternoon. A key reason for that early-season success was Jude Bellingham’s form.
The Englishman had a summer to remember, scoring seven goals and adding an assist as England finished third at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The attacking midfielder carried that momentum back to the Spanish capital, contributing four goal involvements in four games to open the season. Based on what we have seen from Bellingham in recent months, his UCL campaign this year looks set to be far more productive than last season, when he managed just three goal contributions in nine appearances due to injury. The 23-year-old will look to kick off this year’s European campaign in style in front of his home supporters.
FC Porto vs. Manchester City: Rayan Cherki 3+ Shots (+1200)
French attacking midfielder Rayan Cherki has quickly adapted to life under new manager Enzo Maresca at Manchester City. The 23-year-old has contributed four goal involvements in three Premier League starts this season and will look to carry that form into the Champions League. Cherki played limited minutes in the UCL last season but has firmly established himself as a regular starter under his new manager. Despite starting just four of City’s eight Champions League games last season, he finished with three goals and averaged just under two total shots per game.
With several key players departing in the summer, we should see even more from Cherki this season. He is averaging 2.0 shots per game, second on the team behind Erling Haaland. Cherki arrives at Tuesday’s match having registered three total shots in back-to-back games and faces a Porto side that could leave the game relatively open for City. The Portuguese champions come into their UCL opener having won their first five domestic games and allowing just 9.6 total shots per game to opponents.
Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League DFS Picks
Our DFS lineup for Tuesday’s UCL slate is headlined by Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr., who has thrived in La Liga to open the season. Like Bellingham, Vinícius carried his World Cup form back to club level after contributing five goal involvements for Brazil this summer. The 26-year-old has hit the ground running in the Spanish top flight with three goal contributions in the first four matches and now has the opportunity to add to his already impressive UCL résumé. Vini performed well across all four legs against Inter Milan back in 2020 and 2021 and has blossomed into a genuine superstar in the five years since they last met.
We have gone with Manchester City winger Antoine Semenyo as our second forward in Tuesday’s lineup. The Ghana international has picked up an assist in back-to-back Premier League matches but is yet to find the net for the Sky Blues this season. The 26-year-old was one of the Premier League’s top scorers last season, and it is only a matter of time before we see him back to the level we have come to expect. Due to his mid-season move to Manchester City last year, fans have yet to see the full extent of what the African winger can offer. Semenyo appeared in two of City’s UCL matches last season without registering a goal contribution in either.
For many of the same reasons we backed Bellingham in our best props, the Englishman earns a spot in our DFS lineup at the budget price of just $6,200. The 23-year-old has proven time and again that he should be considered not only one of the best midfielders in the world but one of the best players, full stop, given how often he can single-handedly influence a game. Bellingham struggled in European competition last season, but a bounce-back looks highly likely based on what we have seen from him in La Liga so far.
One of Manchester City’s final summer signings also earns a spot in our lineup as the second midfield option. Iliman Ndiaye made his Sky Blues debut on Saturday and looked like a seamless fit in an already dangerous City attack. The former Everton man brings real versatility, and Maresca has already shown he will use him in different positions depending on the opposition’s setup. With the nerves of his debut out of the way, look for the Senegalese international to make a strong impression in his Champions League debut on Tuesday afternoon.

Héctor Bellerín has become a cornerstone of Real Betis’ defense as the club continues to make strides both domestically and in Europe. The Spanish international was key to keeping a clean sheet in Betis’ upset of Real Madrid on Friday afternoon and will need another commanding performance in the club’s first Champions League appearance since the 2005-06 season. Bellerín made 11 defensive contributions against Madrid, including seven tackles, against one of the world’s most dangerous attacks. The 31-year-old will be called upon to deliver a similar showing on Tuesday against a dangerous Lille side.
Real Madrid made the surprise signing of Marc Cucurella ahead of this summer’s World Cup. The Spanish left-back was integral to Spain’s title run but has seen limited playing time in his early days at the Bernabéu. Cucurella has started two of Los Blancos’ first four La Liga games and has contributed positively when called upon. Mourinho appears to be easing the left-back — who spent the past six years in the Premier League — back into Spanish football, and we have yet to see the best of Cucurella in a Madrid shirt. The 28-year-old has proven himself as one of the best defensive fullbacks in the world and has the attacking ability to make a real impact as the season progresses. Playing on the same flank as Vinícius should eventually produce positive results, and we could see that as early as Tuesday afternoon.
Inter Milan’s Josep Martínez is our goalkeeper for Tuesday’s lineup primarily because of the workload he is likely to face against Real Madrid’s dangerous attack. The Spanish international is set to make just his third career Champions League start and arrives off the back of a six-save performance against Napoli in Serie A. Martínez had little to do in his first two appearances for the Italian champions but now faces a Madrid side averaging 8.8 shots on target in their first four domestic games.
We have slotted the talented Brazilian winger Antony into our utility spot to round out Tuesday’s lineup. The former Manchester United attacker has thrived since joining Real Betis and has produced some strong performances early this season, despite going without a goal contribution in his first four domestic outings. Antony operates as both a creator and an inside threat for Betis, and in what is expected to be a fairly open game, the Brazilian should find plenty of space to work his magic against the Ligue 1 side. He has already generated 0.88 xG and 0.83 xA for Betis this season, and a goal contribution feels imminent.
