Fenerbahçe vs. Roma: Éderson 4+ Saves (+105)

Fenerbahçe makes its long-awaited return to the Champions League after more than a decade away from the competition. The Turkish side secured qualification by defeating Ligue 1’s Lyon in the Qualification Playoffs back in August and now hosts Serie A side Roma at Chobani Stadium in Istanbul following a promising start to their domestic season.

İsmail Kartal has assembled a squad of some of Europe’s top players, many of whom are in the later stages of their careers. Former Manchester City keeper Éderson completed his move to Fenerbahçe last summer and has impressed during his time in Türkiye. The 33-year-old appeared in 24 Trendyol Süper Lig games last season, saving 70% of the shots he faced and averaging 2.3 saves per game. In a small sample this season, those numbers have improved to 3.3 saves per game at a 71% save rate across his first three outings.

With a squad as talented as Roma visiting Istanbul, Éderson can expect to be busier than usual. Roma open their Champions League campaign having won all three of their Serie A matches, scoring 10 goals in the process. Gian Piero Gasperini’s side is averaging 8.7 shots on target early this season and should give Éderson plenty to handle in Fenerbahçe’s first UCL match in some time.

Bayern Munich vs. Bodø/Glimt: Michael Olise 1+ Assists (+115)

Bayern Munich have had an uncharacteristic start to the season after breaking goal-scoring records last year. A 5-1 Bundesliga opener was followed by a 0-0 draw against freshly promoted Schalke on Saturday, leaving the German champions sitting sixth in the table. They now turn their attention to the Champions League and a home date with Norwegian side Bodø/Glimt.

Kjetil Knutsen’s squad qualified for the tournament via the Qualification Playoffs and made headlines in last season’s UCL, defeating Inter Milan in the Round of 32 before jumping out to a 3-0 lead over Sporting in the Round of 16 — only to fall 5-0 in the second leg. They’ll look to build on that run with a result against the heavy favorites on Tuesday.

Bayern enter as -1200 moneyline favorites and are -159 to score over 3.5 goals — a strong case for Michael Olise to find the scoresheet. Last season’s Champions League assist leader, Olise racked up 26 assists across all competitions in his third year at the club, including six in UCL play. With Harry Kane and Luis Diaz as his primary targets, assists come naturally for the French winger.

Como vs. RB Leipzig: Nico Paz 5+ Shots (+190)

Como have quickly become one of Serie A’s most enjoyable teams to watch under manager Cesc Fabregas. The former midfielder has taken to management seamlessly since taking over just months after his retirement in 2023, guiding Como to a top-four Serie A finish last season and the club’s first-ever Champions League berth.

One of the biggest reasons for the Italian side’s success has been the emergence of young Argentine Nico Paz. The 22-year-old finished the 25/26 campaign with 20 G/A and entered the scoring column for the first time this season in Como’s most recent win over Genoa last Friday. Paz is averaging a team-high 4.0 shots per game through three matches and is set to be given the green light in his club’s first-ever UCL fixture. He already has a five-shot performance to his name this season and now faces a Leipzig side that has conceded 13.5 shots per game through its first two Bundesliga matches.

Benjamin Šeško (Man Utd, $8,300)

Our DFS lineup for Thursday’s Champions League slate begins with Manchester United striker Benjamin Šeško, who could be in line for his first start of the season. United return to the Champions League after two seasons away and open their European campaign against Sabah, the Azerbaijani side making their UCL debut at Old Trafford. Michael Carrick’s squad has had a tough domestic start, but could turn to the young striker who opened his account with a goal on Sunday.

United have gotten little production from Matheus Cunha as the No. 9 across their first three matches this season. Šeško provides an aerial threat Cunha cannot, as evidenced by a monstrous header that broke the deadlock against Everton last weekend. Although United couldn’t hold the lead, Šeško’s presence was felt throughout, and the 23-year-old should get the nod with United comfortably favored on Thursday.

Assane Diao (Como, $8,100)

Young Senegalese winger Assane Diao has already matched his G/A total from last season in just three Serie A matches. Diao arrives at his first-ever Champions League game after scoring a brace in Como’s 4-1 win over Genoa last Friday. The 21-year-old leads his team in goal contributions and is a genuine threat on the right flank — both as a scorer and a creator. Diao is averaging 2.0 key passes per game with one big chance created and 0.4 xA generated, making him one of the top wing options for Thursday’s slate. 

Nico Paz (Como, $7,300)

We touched on Paz in our props section, and the former Real Madrid academy product is one of the most fairly priced DFS options for Thursday. The attacking midfielder is at the center of everything good for Como, and an impressive Champions League debut would surprise no one who has followed his career closely. The 22-year-old finished fourth in Serie A with 18 G/A last season and led the league in shots on target with 1.4 per game. Paz has future star written all over him, and there’s no better stage to cement that than the UCL. 

Joshua Kimmich (Bayern, $6,100)

Year after year, Joshua Kimmich continues to produce at the highest level for Bayern Munich — and at just $6,100, he’s a no-brainer given his output this season. At 31, Bayern’s vice-captain has arguably been the club’s most consistent player, with numbers on both ends of the pitch to back that up. The defensive midfielder is averaging 2.0 interceptions and 6.5 ball recoveries per game while chipping in two assists in attack. Kimmich is at the center of everything positive for Bayern and represents outstanding value at his price point. 

Luke Shaw (Man Utd, $5,200)

Luke Shaw has had a strong start to his 12th season as a Manchester United player. The 31-year-old has been solid defensively and picked up his first assist of the season in United’s 2-2 draw with Everton on Sunday. Shaw is averaging 1.7 key passes per game in his overlapping left-back role, combining defensive reliability with attacking threat. United should see the bulk of possession against Sabah, making Shaw a strong option to rack up points from the back. 

Jonathan Tah (Bayern, $3,300)

Jonathan Tah has been a reliable presence for Bayern Munich since joining the club in 2025. The German center back has contributed to 13 clean sheets in his time at the club and, at 6’4″, provides the aerial dominance needed to neutralize threats on goal. Tah and the Bayern defense conceded just 1.0 goals per game during last season’s UCL group stage, with the 30-year-old chipping in two goal contributions across the first eight games of the competition. He should rack up defensive points on Thursday and remains a set-piece threat with Bayern heavily favored. 

Stas Pokatilov (Sabah, $3,600)

Stas Pokatilov will have the opportunity of a lifetime in his UCL debut, facing a historic club like Manchester United at Old Trafford. Pokatilov and the Sabah defense will look to hold the line and grind out a point, and United — who have at times struggled to break down low blocks — could find themselves frustrated. The Kazakh keeper averaged 3.25 saves per game during the Qualification Playoffs and could be in for a busy night against a United side that averages 22.7 shots per game. 

Martin Baturina (Como, $8,000)

Martin Baturina rounds out our lineup in the utility spot for Thursday’s slate. The 23-year-old Croatian winger has scored in back-to-back Serie A games heading into his first European action since 2024, having previously appeared in the UCL with Dinamo Zagreb — scoring two goals and adding an assist in 24/25. Baturina returns to the competition in top form, level with Diao in goal contributions this season.
