2026 ATP Houston Open Bracket Analysis
Ben Shelton holds down the top of the draw, as the No. 1 seed although is struggling as of late. Defending champion Jenson Brooksby is also in his quarter, but is too struggling at the moment to find consistent results. Brooksby also has a tough outing in the first round against fellow American Mackenzie McDonald, while Thiago Agustin Tirante on clay is always a threat.
The second quarter, under Shelton, should see Learner Tien march into the semifinals. Brandon Nakashima would be the biggest threat to Tien making a Final Four appearance in Houston, while Adam Walton has the random ability to strike lightning on any week. Regardless, Tien should be fine here but the only name to consider outside his would be Nakashima’s.
The third quarter sees Tommy Paul as the top seed, although winning the quarter might not be set-and-stone as it seems on paper. The reason is because Tomas Martin Etcheverry is also in this quarter, and as dangerous a clay court player as there is. Yibing Wu has shows flashes of being a tough out, but that is mainly on the hard court surfaces.
The final quarter has last year’s runner up Frances Tiafoe as the top seed, and a great pick to win this event following his run in Miami. It was a good event for Tiafoe before running into Jannik Sinner, but he is littered in a quarter with a ton of dark horses to win this event. Names like Alex Michelsen, Patrick Kypson and Rinky Hijikata have shown signs of legit tennis against top names – so it won’t be easy for Tiafoe with the toughest section of this year’s draw.
Pick: Tommy Paul +350
Sleeper: Tomas Martin Etcheverry +1200

2026 ATP Tiriac Open Bracket Analysis
Gabriel Diallo owns the top seed of this event, sitting a top the brackets in Quarter 1 with a pretty difficult draw. It’s not anything he can’t win, but his form is down compared to when we’ve seen him at his peak. Also, he’s bunched in a quarter with experienced names such as Christoper O’Connell, Matteo Arnaldi and the most concerning name to knock of Diallo in Quater 1 – Mariano Navone. Diallo can win, but it won’t be easy as his odds show, considering he’s the No. 1 overall seed.
The second quarter sees Nuno Borges as the top seed, and his path to the semifinals seems much more easy than Diallo’s. Botic Van De Zandschulp is a bit of a wild card to predict, as he can lose Round 1 or make a deep run at any given time. Alexander Shevchenko would be the only dark horse to consider outside of Borges, but his game is made better for the hard court surface despite relentless fight he showcases that’s worth a look.
The tournament favorite lies in Quarter 3, that being Fabian Marozan. Despite being in a quarter with Pedro Martinez, Daniel Altmaier and Dino Prizmic – they all find themselves opposite of Marozsan. He might have the easiest path to the quarterfinals but having to deal with the winner who comes out of the gauntlet above might not be such an easy task for the Italian.
Finally, the fourth quarter has Adrian Mannarino as the top seed, although the more intriguing name is Sebastian Baez. Baez has been playing some of the best ‘under-the-radar’ tennis this season and easily the most reliable name in Quarter 4. Roberto Bautista Agut is a nice dark horse to consider here, but Baez is a threat to win it all and should be the top choice.
Pick: Sebastian Baez +600
Sleeper: Damir Dzumhur +2500

2026 ATP Grand Prix Hassan II Bracket Analysis
As mentioned above, Darderi is the defending champion and the top name in Quarter 1 as the event’s No. 1 overall seed. His 2026 season has been solid as well, mainly on clay court events that took place earlier in the year. Darderi was a runner-up in Argentina when he fell in the final to Francisco Cerundolo, but managed to lift the trophy in Chile when he beat Yannick Hanfmann. Speaking of which, Hanfmann is in this part of the bracket but even with Quentin Halys playing well lately this is Darderi’s quarter and tournament to lose.
The second quarter has Corentin Moutet as the top seed, and although his section is favorable to win, there are some challenges such as Juan Manuel Cerundolo. JMC can catch fire any clay court event, so Moutet as a favorite to win the quarter isn’t as flashy as it might be on paper. There are two qualifiers in this section as well, so there this is actually more of a toss up section but JMC probably has the best value here.
Tomas Machac as the No. 4 seed is the top name in Quarter 3, with an intriguing first round match at the very top of this section that features Hamad Medjedovic versus Vit Kopriva. The winner of that match could very well reach the semifinals, but Rafael Jodar is the name to watch and might be poised for a break out event. He has been on the cusp of going deep many times this season, oddsmakers typically pricing him as a favored dark horse. The winner of Medjedovic/Kopriva and Jodar/Machac should meet in the quarterfinals, but the latter pair has more conviction in terms of picking a favorite and dark horse to reach the semifinals in this section.
The final quarter in Marrakesh sees Tallon Griekspoor as the top name, playing better tennis lately but now switching to a different surface. His draw is anything but easy, and the attentive challengers lie above in both Ignacio Buse and Matteo Berrettini. Buse actually beat Berrettini in a rain-riddled match earlier this season, but the winner of that match seems poised as a good dark horse pick to make a deep run. The problem with that is Camilo Ugo Carabelli awaits, so although the names in this section are enticing it is a very difficult section, and therefore hard to wager on any name in the futures market here.
Pick: Luciano Darderi +260
Sleeper: Juan Manuel Cerundolo +3500
