Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Los Angeles Lakers Game 4 Preview, Picks & Odds for Monday, May 11, 2026

Game 4 between the Oklahoma City Thunder (3-0) and Los Angeles Lakers (0-3) is set for 10:30 p.m. Eastern on Amazon Prime. Luka Dončić and Jalen Williams remain sidelined. Can the Thunder orchestrate another sweep and earn some extended rest?

Thunder vs. Lakers Betting Analysis

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had a bit more breathing room in Game 3 because Lakers head coach JJ Redick decided to mix his coverages up by blitzing the reigning MVP less frequently. Gilgeous-Alexander struggled to make his shots, but he was able to log nine assists compared to two turnovers with the pressure dialed down a little.

His poor efficiency did not matter much since the rest of the Thunder shot the lights out. Ajay Mitchell contributed 24 points, 10 assists, and 0 turnovers, while Isaiah Joe and Cason Wallace combined to shoot 8-for-12 from deep off the bench. Chet Holmgren remained unstoppable, too. Overall, Game 3 was an offensive masterclass for Oklahoma City.

On the other side, Rui Hachimura nailed five triples and finished the contest with 21 points, five rebounds, four assists, and one steal. He’s punishing the Thunder for helping off the corners. Luke Kennard also had an excellent performance off the bench.

However, Austin Reaves is now up to 14 total turnovers through three games, and Oklahoma City is +35 in points off turnovers this series. That’s 11.6 points per game, which is massive. It’s hard to blame Reaves when he’s facing relentless on-ball pressure from the Thunder’s guards and does not have much help in terms of offensive creation beyond LeBron James. Reaves simply has to take risks.

The best bet for Game 4 is taking the Thunder to cover the 10.5-point spread. The talent discrepancy is too great, and Los Angeles’ spirits are likely crushed now that it’s a 3-0 series. Barring an outlier three-point shooting performance from both sides, look for Game 4 to be a blowout. Overall, Oklahoma City has won by 18, 18, and 23 points this series.
