We’re set for an interconference battle of titans on Sunday Night Football that sees the Seahawks trying to snap out of some early title-defense season doldrums while putting the first blemish on the Chiefs’ 2026 record.

Kansas City has the luxury of coming off a bye, while Seattle will enjoy its always significant homefield advantage.

Without further ado, let’s dive into three player props to consider for Sunday night’s action. Don’t forget to check out our NFL betting trends page for game data and insights on the week ahead.

Chiefs-Seahawks Best NFL Week 7 Player Props

  • Emanuel Wilson Under 49.5 Rushing Yards
  • Patrick Mahomes Over 0.5 Interceptions Thrown
  • Sam Darnold Under 220.5 Passing Yards

Emanuel Wilson Under Rushing Yards

Zach Charbonnet (knee) was able to practice in full throughout Week 7 prep, but he has still been ruled out for Sunday’s game by head coach Mike Macdonald. As such, Wilson is set for at least one more game lead early-down duties, yet his swan song in the top role has a good chance of proving to be a forgettable one.

The Chiefs have been outstanding against the run over the first five games, allowing a tiny 3.2 yards per carry to running backs. Wilson isn’t the most efficient back to begin with, as he’s gained a modest 3.5 yards per carry on the season and during the last three games with heavy volume on the ground.

Sunday night’s game has tempered offensive expectations due to the quality of both defenses, and Wilson figures to also cede occasional carries to George Holani, as has been the case in recent games. As such, the Under is in play here despite Wilson having exceeded 50 rushing yards in four of the last five games.

Patrick Mahomes Over Interceptions

There’s a definite thread running through all three props this week, one that tells the tale of a likely sluggish defensive battle despite the offensive talent on either side. Sunday night’s clash has a projected total of only 42.5 points, and that’s been bet down a full three points since the open. Mahomes is enjoying an excellent season so far that includes a 9:3 TD:INT, but the challenge posed by the Seahawks defense is on another level.

Seattle has held quarterbacks to a league-low 941 passing yards, a figure that’s even less than those of teams that have already had their bye week. Additionally, the Seahawks have conceded just a 63.7% completion rate, and Seattle has also recorded 16.0 sacks and picked off seven passes. The infamous 12th Man also figures to play a big role in this spot, as Seattle’s crowd noise can famously help force mistakes and turnovers by making life difficult on an opposing offense’s ability to communicate.

While Mahomes has been masterful most of the season, him throwing at least one interception in an environment like this wouldn’t be surprising.

Original Line: 0.5

Sam Darnold Under Passing Yards

We’ll round out our trio of props suggesting offensive difficulties for both teams with Darnold, who already comes into this showdown looking more like the player that was considered a disappointment of a first-round pick at one point than the quarterback that revitalized his career over the last two seasons.

Darnold has already thrown half as many interceptions (seven) in five games as he did over 17 regular-season contests in 2025. Additionally, he’s completing just 60.4% of his passes after posting a 66.9% completion rate over the prior pair of campaigns, and of the four non-injury-shortened games he’s played, he’s finished well under 200 passing yards in two of them.

The matchup against the Chiefs defense doesn’t exactly paint a pretty picture, either. Kansas City has allowed a 60.9% completion rate to quarterbacks, nearly matching Darnold’s own middling figure to the tenth of a point. KC has also yielded just a 4:5 TD:INT and held wide receivers to a minuscule 53.4% catch rate while surrendering a league 47 catches to the position, so on paper, the outlook is bleak for the Seahawks’ air attack.
