Week 7’s Sunday slate closes with a potential Super Bowl preview between two of the last three champions. The undefeated Chiefs head to Lumen Field to take on the reigning champions on Sunday evening, returning from their bye week and coming off another dominant win last Sunday. The Seahawks, meanwhile, will look to snap a two-game losing streak after Thursday’s overtime loss to the Broncos.

👑 Kenneth Walker, KC/RB/MVP ($18,000)
The reigning Super Bowl MVP gets his first shot at revenge against the team that let him walk in free agency this past summer. Walker has fit seamlessly into his new offense and enters Week 7 leading the league in total rushing yards (665) and rushing yards per game (152.0) — and that is already accounting for his bye week. His 8 TDs rank second in the league, and the superstar back will now look to show his former team exactly why they should have kept him after he helped them win the title last season.
He will try to do so against one of the league’s better defenses. Seattle ranks first against the pass and 10th against the run, allowing just 96.0 rushing yards per game. Walker’s elusiveness will be a key factor on Sunday, with the 26-year-old leading the league in missed tackles forced at 52. The Seahawks have not allowed a 100-yard rusher in 35 consecutive games, and Walker arrives in the best form of his career. We are backing the star to deliver in what should be a highly motivated revenge game against his former squad.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba, SEA/WR ($11,600)
Walker’s former superstar teammate, WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba, is a must-have addition to this lineup as arguably the lone consistent contributor to the Seahawks offense over the past few weeks. The former Ohio State standout enters Sunday with the most receiving yards in the league at 717, averaging 8.17 receptions per game — just slightly behind league leader Puka Nacua. His 122.17 scrimmage yards per game ranks fourth in the league, and Seattle’s offensive game plan appears to revolve entirely around their star wideout during a difficult stretch.
Like Walker, Smith-Njigba faces a tough matchup — though it is unlikely to slow him down. Kansas City ranks 13th against the pass, allowing 217.2 air yards per game. JSN’s league-leading 36% target share makes him effectively matchup-proof based on the volume he sees each week. He has surpassed 100 receiving yards in five of six games this season and is coming off a 12-reception night last Thursday. QB Sam Darnold continues to feed his superstar regardless of coverage, and more often than not, it works.
Kansas City Chiefs, D/ST ($3,800)
Despite Smith-Njigba torching opposing DBs all season, the Seahawks offense as a whole has been extremely underwhelming. After losing Walker in the offseason, Seattle’s run game has been nearly nonexistent, and QB play hasn’t been much better. The Seahawks rank around the middle of the pack in most offensive metrics and are averaging 2.0 turnovers per game — second most in the league. Given how well Kansas City’s defense has played so far, it is hard to see this as the game Seattle breaks out.
The Chiefs allow the second-fewest points per game at 16.6 and have given up just 7 TDs all season. Their 1.8 takeaways per game rank fourth in the league, and they should have little trouble forcing mistakes against one of the more turnover-prone offenses in the NFL. With Seattle struggling to generate anything on the ground, look for the Chiefs to force Darnold into passing situations and capitalize on the miscues that have plagued the Seahawks all season.
Xavier Worthy, KC/WR ($7,000)
Third-year WR Xavier Worthy stepped into the WR1 role for the first time in his career last week and delivered when called upon. The former first-round pick will again be a priority target for Patrick Mahomes with both Rashee Rice and Tyquan Thornton set to miss another game. Worthy caught all seven of his targets for 73 yards in the 22-6 win and now has 11 receptions for 143 yards over his last two games. He will face the toughest secondary in the league on Sunday, though Mahomes’ efficiency this season gives reason for confidence even in a limited throwing environment.
Seattle is allowing a league-low 141.33 passing yards per game and will be locked in on Worthy as the primary receiving threat. The volume he will see with two of Mahomes’ favorite targets sidelined should outweigh the coverage concerns heading into this matchup. At just $7,000, Worthy is well worth a spot as the WR1 for the undefeated Chiefs.
George Holani, SEA/RB ($4,400)
We touched on the Seahawks’ inconsistencies on the ground, though the emergence of RB George Holani could help stabilize an injury-depleted backfield. The third-year back should see more carries after a solid showing in last week’s loss, with fellow RB Emmanuel Wilson’s inefficiencies becoming more apparent against Denver. Holani saw just five carries to Wilson’s 14 on Thursday but was slightly more efficient, posting 4.0 YPC to Wilson’s 3.7.
The undrafted free agent also handled the goal-line work, punching in a TD from the one-yard line in the loss. While the passing game was limited last week, Holani has been effective in that role as well, posting multiple games with four or more receptions heading into Week 7. If Wilson continues to struggle to generate yards, look for Seattle to turn to Holani for more opportunities as the game progresses.
Jason Myers, SEA/K ($5,200)
We close out our Week 7 SNF lineup with Seahawks K Jason Myers. The veteran has been Seattle’s top scorer through six weeks, going 12-of-13 on FG attempts after suffering his first miss last week. Even so, the 35-year-old has been ultra-reliable for the reigning Super Bowl champions and remains a steady option even from long range.
Myers now has three 50-plus yard FGs on the season and has been among the league’s best from that range, converting at 80% over the last two seasons. He is likely to be called upon multiple times against a Chiefs defense that limits TDs at the second-best rate in the league. Expect Seattle’s offensive inconsistencies to translate into another handful of FG attempts for Myers on Sunday evening.
