Los Angeles Rams 2026 NFL Season Preview, Betting Markets, Odds, Picks & Predictions
The Los Angeles Rams are coming off a fantastic 2025-26 season run. In addition to going 12-5, they made it to the NFC Championship game, but lost to the Seattle Seahawks 31-27. Heading into 2025-26, a lot of the same pieces are in place except for one massive difference: The team traded for edge rusher Myles Garrett, who’s coming off the single-season sack title (23 sacks in 2025-26). The team packaged together edge rusher Jared Verse, a 2027 1st-round pick, 2028 2nd-round pick, and a 2029 3rd-round pick for him.
Below, we’ll provide a full season preview for the Rams, including odds for the Super Bowl, NFC Championship, NFC West, win totals, and more.
2026 Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl Odds
The Rams are well atop the odds to win the Super Bowl at +550, and a big part of that is the acquisition of Garrett. Remember, Garrett had 23 sacks on a Cleveland Browns team that trailed in many games. Now, he’ll be on a Rams team that will be leading more often than not, allowing for him to tee off on opposing quarterbacks.

2026 Los Angeles Rams NFC Championship Odds
In addition to Garrett and the rest of the defense, including Braden Fiske, Kobie Turner. Byron Young, and more, there’s also the offense. Quarterback Matthew Stafford is coming off an MVP title, and there’s the tandem of wide receivers in Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. Nacua is dealing with some off-the-field issues, but when he’s on the field, he dominates. Now, there’s a top-tier offense and a defense led by the single-season sack leader. That’s tough to beat.

2026 Los Angeles Rams NFC West Odds
When it comes to battling for the division, the main team the Rams will need to overcome (and likely in the NFC Championship game) is the Seahawks. The biggest issue for the Rams defense last season wasn’t their pass rush. Yes, Garrett will help and be an upgrade from a fantastic talent in Verse. That said, it was their cornerbacks. This offseason, the Rams went out and acquired both of the Kansas City Chiefs’ former cornerbacks in Jaylen Watson (free agency) and Trent McDuffie (trade). So, in addition to a phenomenal pass rush, they have the secondary to match that.

2026 Los Angeles Rams Win Total Odds
The Rams’ win total line sits at 11.5 games, with the over sitting at -125 at the time of this overview. Last season, they won 12 games without Garrett and a defense that allowed 225.6 passing yards per game (22nd in the NFL). Now they have an All-Pro cornerback, a single-season sack leader, and the same offense. The price is borderline expensive, so while we don’t like to give out plays over -120, the current value is considerable for some.

2026 Los Angeles Rams To Make The Playoffs Odds
Of course, any team can be completely derailed due to massive injuries. Putting that aside, though, I’d be stunned if a fully functioning, healthy Rams team didn’t make the playoffs. This team is filled with so much talent, and I haven’t even discussed the elephant in the room: There’s a chance Aaron Donald returns. Even Rams head coach Sean McVay has said that he’s “thinking about” a return. There’s no way a team with Stafford, Nacua, Adams, Garrett, Donald, McDuffie, Watson, and the rest misses the postseason, and the -460 odds reflect that.

2026 Los Angeles Rams MVP Award Odds & Contenders
- Matthew Stafford
- Puka Nacua
- Myles Garrett
As mentioned, Stafford just won the award last year. However, it’s not only hard to repeat that, but he is 38 years old. He threw for 4,707 passing yards, 46 touchdowns, and just eight interceptions last season. Those were his most passing yards since 2021 and his most touchdowns of any year of his career. The MVP award has mostly turned into a quarterback-only award, but there’s a chance this offense maybe isn’t as productive, whether that’s due to a Nacua suspension or Stafford’s age. In which case, Garrett could see some MVP love if he’s leading a defense that wins a lot of games and he posts another 20-plus sack season.
