Seattle Seahawks 2026 NFL Season Preview, Betting Markets, Odds, Picks & Predictions
It doesn’t get much better for the Seattle Seahawks right now. They reached the mountain top, defeating the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 60, 29-13. This win came in Sam Darnold’s first season with the team, but a dominant defense also helped him. Now, the team enters this season losing a few key pieces. However, most of the team remains intact, and they’re geared up for another run. We’ll examine various futures markets, including the Super Bowl, NFC Championship, the NFC West, win totals, and more.
2026 Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl Odds
The Seahawks have the third-best odds to win Super Bowl 61 at +1100, trailing the Los Angeles Rams (+550), Buffalo Bills (+1000), and Baltimore Ravens (+1000). Ironically, the Seahawks took down the Rams in the NFC Championship last season to advance to the Super Bowl. The Seahawks did lose running back Kenneth Walker III, edge rusher Boye Mafe, and defensive backs Coby Bryant and Tariq Woolen. However, they added edge rusher Dante Fowler Jr. and drafted running back Jadarian Price and defensive backs Julian Neal and Bud Clark to replace them. The biggest hurdle for the Seahawks is whether their team can hang with the Rams, which I’ll touch on more next. That said, I’d be willing to wager on the Seahawks to repeat.

2026 Seattle Seahawks NFC Championship Odds
The team that stands in the way of the Seahawks is the Rams. They added cornerback Jaylen Watson and Trent McDuffie, and traded for Myles Garrett. Not only that, but Aaron Donald may make a return. They have the reigning MVP in Matthew Stafford, so I believe this will very likely be the NFC Championship game once again. A battle of the offensive-minded head coach (Sean McVay) and the defensive-minded head coach (Mike Macdonald). I’d lean toward the Rams. Another thing to consider is that the Seahawks lost offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak when he took over head coaching duties for the Las Vegas Raiders. I still think I’d sprinkle a wager on them winning the NFC title game, but if they meet and play the Rams, I think the Rams get their revenge.

2026 Seattle Seahawks NFC West Odds
The Seahawks are +205 to win the division, and those are odds that would be tough to pass up. The problem with them, though, is that they’re not the best team in the division right now. That belongs to the Rams, and the 49ers are still looming. They did win the division last season with 14 wins, but the Rams and 49ers had 12. Something to consider is whether their secondary replacements via the draft will be enough and whether Price will adequately replace Walker III. I also wonder if Darnold may regress if Darnold is relied upon more in the passing game. Like most of these odds, I’d take the chance because of how strong the team is. That said, I’m not 100 percent confident they will win the NFC West.

2026 Seattle Seahawks Win Total Odds
The Seahawks win total sits at 10.5 games, and I’d take the over at -110.
Again, they won 14 games last season, and the changes to the team have been minimal. Yes, they replaced Mafe with Fowler Jr., along with Walker III and Bryant, Woolen being replaced by rookies, but that’s fairly minimal in the grand scheme of things compared to other teams.

2026 Seattle Seahawks To Make The Playoffs Odds
This is one I feel more confident in than anything thus far. The Seahawks are coming off a Super Bowl win and still have wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who will be among the top receivers in the sport. The Seahawks were second in the NFL in pressures with 205 and held teams to only 295.1 total yards per game (7th in the NFL). However, odds are over -200 so use other markets to wager on Seattle instead of this one.

2026 Seattle Seahawks MVP Award Odds & Contenders

- Jaxon Smith-Njigba
The MVP candidates that come to mind when thinking about the Seahawks include Darnold and Smith-Njigba. That said, Darnold will need to put up much better numbers. Despite winning the Super Bowl, he threw for 4,048 yards, 25 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions. During the postseason, he completed 61.5% of his passes for 672 yards, five touchdowns, and zero interceptions. He also doesn’t record much rushing production, which will hurt him.
As for Smith-Njigba, he’ll be peppered with targets once again. Last season, he caught 119 passes on 163 targets for 1,793 yards and 10 touchdowns. He was named the Offensive Player of the Year, and if he can somehow break the 2,000-yard mark, score more touchdowns, and the Seahawks have another excellent regular season, it’s not out of the realm of possibilities.
