Recap

It was a strong night going 5-1 on a large 11-game slate. LeBron James hit the over on 9.5 assists. Both D’Angelo Russell and Bradley Beal hit their props. Beal had three 3-pointers, and D’Angelo Russell was the only Nets player to show up. De’Aaron Fox had over 16 points, and Rudy Gobert edged out over 32 rebounds + points. Lou Williams was the one to ruin a perfect night, failing to hit two three pointers.

Last Slate: 5-1

All-Time: 15-14

Golden State Warriors @ Orlando Magic

Klay Thompson Over 23.5 Points (-106)

Stephen Curry Over 5.5 Assist (-110)

The landscape of this game has changed with Kevin Durant ruled out. Klay Thompson gets a bump here, picking up a monster usage rate with Durant off the court his season (39%). Per 36, Thompson has averaged 31 points, and 4 three-pointers made. He gets Orlando tonight, who are allowing shooting guards to average 23.5 points per game. Curry over 5.5 assists is also another to consider, as he 6.4 when breaking down his per 36 without Durant. He has hit six or more assist in five of his last ten games.

Utah Jazz @ Denver Nuggets

Donovan Mitchell Over 31.5 Points + Assists (-110)

With Ricky Rubio looking doubtful, Donovan Mitchell is going to handle the ball more, upping his assist totals. He has averaged 5.3 per game with Rubio out, compared to 3.9 with. He also averages 28 points per game with him out too. Already a good start for the over. Mitchell has also played well against Denver in two meetings, averaging 25.5 points per game and 4 assists per game. The Jazz are on a tough back-to-back, but Mitchell has averaged 24.8 points per game and 5.3 assists per game with zero days off. He also shoots his highest FG%.

Philadelphia 76ers @ Oklahoma City Thunder

Russell Westbrook Over 26.5 Points (-118)

Paul George has been ruled out, and an adjusted prop has gone up. Russell Westbrook’s set points was previously three points less. That isn’t a big enough adjustment for me, and I will jump on this one. Philadelphia ranks 16th in defensive efficiency against opposing point guards, and are allowing the 8th most real points per game. George has only missed four games since last season, and Westbrook has averaged 32.8 points per game.
