NBA Best Player Prop Picks, Odds, Predictions for Saturday, April 4, 2026
With the Final Four playing out Saturday night, the NBA is ceding the majority of the day and night to the NCAA and rolling out just three games overall. Nevertheless, we still have a pair of intriguing player props to consider:
Saturday’s Best NBA Player Props
- Jaime Jaquez (MIA) – Over Points + Rebounds
- Julian Champagnie (SAN) – Over Points + Rebounds
Jaime Jaquez Over Points + Rebounds
Jaquez is in a prime spot for success Saturday afternoon, as the Heat host the vulnerable, fast-paced Wizards with Norman Powell still sidelined for Miami due to an illness. The third-year wing already comes into the game in the midst of a productive stretch of play, averaging 22.0 points + rebounds across 25.6 minutes in his last five games. Jaquez has been relatively quiet in his first two meetings with Washington this season, but he took just five shot attempts in one of those contests, which happened to be Bam Adebayo’s 83-point eruption where he took an absurd 86 total shots between field-goal and free-throw attempts.
The Wizards make for an excellent target for a player of almost any position. Washington is allowing an NBA-high 9.2 rebounds per game to small forwards for the season, along with the fifth-most made threes (2.97) and 39.4% three-point shooting to the position. The Wizards are also conceding 56.4% shooting overall in the last three games, and they’ve conceded a co-NBA-high 52.0 offensive efficiency rating to second unit players. Jaquez also averages 26.8 PR per 36 minutes with Powell off the floor and the Heat have a 132-point implied team total, two additional factors that brighten his outlook Saturday.

Julian Champagnie Over Points + Rebounds
Champagnie is often overlooked on a first unit that includes De’Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle and Victor Wembanyama, but the fourth-year forward is enjoying a career-best season. Champagnie is averaging 11.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists per contest, all career highs, while also shooting 38% from behind the arc.
The St. John’s product already has one big game on his ledger against Denver this season — he posted a 25-point 10-rebound double-double versus Denver on Nov. 28 with Wemby sidelined — and although San Antonio is healthy Saturday, this is a very manageable line given Champagnie’s average of 17.2 PR over his last nine games.
The Nuggets have also been relatively vulnerable to Champagnie’s power forward position, allowing the seventh-highest offensive efficiency rating to fours (28.2) on the season. Denver is also ranked just inside the bottom half of the league with 13.4 made threes per contest allowed, and a significant amount of Champagnie’s offensive production comes form behind the arc. With Saturday’s game expected to be both competitive and high-scoring, Champagnie should have enough opportunity to vault over his line.
