Florida wasted no time in their efforts of reminding the rest of the field why they are listed as the betting favorite to win the SEC Conference Championship, thwarting Kentucky 71-63. Meeting them in the semis is Vanderbilt, a unit who is capable of giving the Gators fits, possessing the production that is needed on both ends of the court to keep the contest tight.

On the other side of the bracket, Ole Miss has continued their magical run after squeaking past Alabama, now just two wins away from securing an automatic qualifying spot in the NCAA Tournament. Luckily for the Rebels, they face off against Arkansas who has struggled to create Havoc, making it easier for their shooters to create space at multiple levels of the court.

Before the start of the SEC Conference Tournament, Ole Miss severely struggled on offense, ranking well below league average in Effective Field Goal Percentage. Since the first round, the Rebels have been able to get into a groove, capitalizing on their favorable matchups to help spark a run.

Heading into Saturday, the Rebels will be able to build on their recent momentum, battling it out against an Arkansas defense who ranks outside the top-150 in Steal Percentage and in Def Rebound Percentage. By allowing the Commodores to go through their sets, their spot up shooters will be able to exploit the Gators gaps in coverage around the perimeter, improving the quality of their shot attempts from three.
