World Cup Best Player Prop Picks, Odds, Predictions for Saturday, June 13, 2026
Group B opens the day with Qatar taking on Switzerland. A win for either side would put that team at the top of the group following Canada and Bosnia’s 1-1 draw. All four Group C teams are scheduled to play on Saturday evening, with Brazil and Morocco kicking things off at 6:00 p.m. ET, followed by Haiti and Scotland at 9:00 p.m. ET. Australia and Türkiye then wrap up matchday one for Group D at 12:00 a.m. ET in Vancouver.
Here are the best player props for Saturday, June 13.
Saturday Best 2026 World Cup Player Props
- Granit Xhaka (Switzerland) – Over 0.5 Goals + Assists (+155)
- Brahim Díaz (Morocco) – Over 0.5 Shots on Target
- Johny Placide (Haiti) – Over 3.5 Saves
- Barış Yılmaz (Türkiye) – Over 2.5 Shots (-110)
Granit Xhaka (Switzerland) – Over 0.5 Goals + Assists (+155)
Switzerland will look to take advantage of Qatar, with both Bosnia and Canada sitting on just one point after matchday one. The A-Team faces a Qatar side that has struggled considerably heading into the 2026 World Cup, going winless in their last six pre-tournament matches, losing or drawing each one.
Switzerland’s captain, Granit Xhaka, is our pick to score or assist on matchday one of his third World Cup. The most-capped player in Swiss history has established himself as the A-Team’s designated penalty taker, scoring twice from the spot in six UEFA World Cup qualifiers last year.
The 33-year-old contributed a goal and an assist across Switzerland’s two pre-tournament friendlies and has now been involved in four of the national team’s last five matches.
Brahim Díaz (Morocco) – Over 0.5 Shots on Target (+100)
In the late-afternoon game, Brahim Díaz and Morocco look to open the World Cup with a statement against tournament favorites Brazil. The Atlas Lions enter supremely confident following their fourth-place finish at the 2022 World Cup, their subsequent AFCON title, and an unbeaten run stretching back 29 matches.
Díaz has been central to Morocco’s success over the past few years. The Spaniard switched his international allegiance to Morocco in 2024 and has scored 13 goals in just 24 appearances. He won the AFCON Golden Boot with five goals in seven matches, averaging 2.7 total shots and 1.4 shots on target per game. His attacking responsibilities have grown even further following the confirmation that Ez Abde will miss the entire tournament.
Díaz started Morocco’s final pre-tournament friendly, scoring within 10 minutes and finishing with two shots on goal before being substituted in the 64th minute.
Johny Placide (Haiti) – Over 3.5 Saves (-115)
Haiti will look to make a statement in their first World Cup since 1974. The CONCACAF nation drew a difficult group but carries genuine hopes of reaching the knockout rounds for the first time in the country’s history. They enter matchday one as heavy underdogs against a Scotland side arriving in solid form.
Goalkeeper Johny Placide will be tasked with keeping the Scots at bay on Saturday evening. Haiti’s captain was outstanding during CONCACAF qualifying, playing a key role in his country topping their group in late 2025. Placide and his defense kept four clean sheets in eight matches, with the keeper averaging 3.25 saves per game.
He is in for a busy evening against a shot-happy Scottish side that averaged nearly five shots on target during UEFA World Cup qualifying. Scotland registered 38 total shots in two pre-tournament friendlies, with 19 on target. Placide will be called upon repeatedly on Saturday night.
Barış Yılmaz (Türkiye) – Over 2.5 Shots (-110)
Türkiye and Australia wrap up the packed Saturday slate in a Group D showdown. Türkiye enters as the slight favorites and has looked sharp heading into the tournament, arriving unbeaten in eight straight matches with seven wins. Vincenzo Montella has his side playing fluid, attack-minded football in recent outings.
Barış Yılmaz enters his first World Cup in excellent form. The left winger scored in each of Türkiye’s pre-tournament friendlies, carrying over his strong play from Galatasaray in the Süper Lig. Yılmaz started just two UEFA World Cup qualifiers, averaging two total shots per start. He now faces an Australia side that has conceded nine total shots per game to their last four opponents. The 26-year-old started Türkiye’s final pre-tournament friendly and registered four total shots in that match.
