2026 Zurich Classic Odds, Picks, Predictions: Final Betting Card, Props
The 2026 PGA Tour golf season continues, with TPC Louisiana next on tap to host the Zurich Classic in Avondale, Louisiana, beginning Thursday. Matt Fitzpatrick & Alex Fitzpatrick and Shane Lowry & Brooks Koepka headline among Zurich Classic team bets this week, as John Haslbauer provides his favorite picks from all the golf odds for this tourney. Below, you’ll find the best odds at the best sports betting sites.
It’s a tough act to follow after back-to-back star-studded signature events at the Masters and RBC Heritage, but the 2026 Zurich Classic at TPC Louisiana will try its best. It may not be the most exciting week to watch or bet, but there’s still plenty of value across the markets to be exploited in this unique team stroke play format.
Let’s get to my final Zurich Classic bets. Click the odds anywhere in this article to place Zurich Classic bets. For a full breakdown of the tournament and course, visit my Zurich Classic preview.

HOW I BUILT MY ZURICH CLASSIC BETTING CARD
I am committing to the team chemistry narrative this week, as I believe familiarity amongst partners can be the x-factor to separate in this quirky format. The list of contenders over the first eight years of this event has proven that first-time partners and debutants do not have the best track record for this event, so I’ve found the most value in identifying the most well-rounded pairings who’ve displayed strong prior results.
From a unit allocation standpoint, it’s back to business as usual for my weekly stake at the 2026 Zurich Classic.
- Outrights: 3.5U in to pay 25U each
- FRL: 0.7U in to pay out 10U+ each
- Props: 2.5U in to pay out 3U+ each
ZURICH CLASSIC BETS: OUTRIGHTS (3.5 UNITS)
Michael Thorbjornsen & Karl Vilips
My bet: +2000
My featured spotlight pairing of the week, I’m not too surprised to see Thorbjornsen and Vilips priced as a top-5 favorite this week. The short odds may feel new to Karl Vilips, but he is the only proven PGA Tour winner of the two, picking up his first career victory at the Puerto Rico Open last year. His ability to go low on long, driver-heavy, easy scoring layouts makes him a great partner for one of the best overall talents in this field, Michael Thorbjornsen.
Talent aside, these two will also have a chemistry edge at the Zurich Classic, with extensive team experience from their collegiate days at Stanford. That chemistry paid immediate dividends in the 2025 Zurich Classic debut last year, finishing T4. They’ll be motivated to finish the job this time around.
Sahith Theegala & Aaron Rai
My bet: +2200
Speaking of familiar pairings, Theegala and Rai will run it back together for the second year in a row this week. The two finished a respectable T18 at last year’s Zurich Classic, and each enters in improved form this go around. Theegala carries a stretch of seven top-25s over his last 10 starts; Rai is just 10 starts removed from his most recent win at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship.
We all know Rai’s propensity to string birdies together as a constant first-round leader threat. Theegala is no different, and his imagination around the greens should free up any partner playing alongside him to play aggressively. Theegala has an excellent record in team formats as well, winning the 2026 TGL Championship with LAGC and the 2022 QBE Shootout alongside Tom Hoge.
Tony Finau & Max Greyserman
My bet: +4500
Based on talent and pedigree alone, this team was a pure value bet for me at these odds. It’s been a volatile start to 2026 for Tony Finau, but he’s looked like his vintage self when his game is on. He has three top-20 finishes and just one missed cut over his last nine starts. Greyserman has shown similar volatility, with three top-25 finishes over his last 10 starts.
While this will be their first time partnering together in this event, they each have experience contending at the Zurich Classic. Finau has finished top-20 in two of his last three Zurich Classic Appearances, and Greyserman has finished T28 and T4 in his first two visits. While their form is in question at the moment, this quirky format may act as the perfect get-right spot for both of them.
AJ Ewart & Casey Jarvis
My bet: +6000
When it comes to finding value on outright bets at the Zurich Classic, we often need to dig deep for course history and unexpected familiarity amongst teammates, as the teams in the best form tend to be priced at a premium. Ewart and Jarvis appear to be an exception to that rule this week, as both players come to Louisiana in excellent form.
Ewart, a rookie on the PGA Tour, has acclimated instantly with five top-30 finishes over his last seven starts. Jarvis is currently playing full-time on the DP World Tour and has been dominant overseas, picking up two wins, a T2, and a T13 over his last five starts.
Both players profile similarly, as accurate drivers with spike approach and putting upside. They have a legitimate chance to break through together and contend in their Zurich Classic debuts this week.
Pontus Nyholm & Jesper Svensson
My bet: +7500
This should be a comfortable pairing for the two Swedish countrymen, who will play as partners at the Zurich Classic for the first time. TPC Louisiana plays as one of the longest courses on the PGA Tour, and has proven advantageous for pure bombers, so long as they can avoid the occasional water hazards on the property. Svenesson and Nyholm are two of the longest hitters in this field, each ranking inside the top-16 in Driving Distance.
The two Swedes are also in good form leading into this week. Nyholm has posted three top-16 finishes over his last six starts. Svensson has been a bit more erratic of late, but has played his best golf on comparable, long, birdie-fest setups. He finished T8 at the Puerto Rico Open earlier this season and picked up two top-15 finishes on the 2025 Fall Swing.
These bombers should generate ample birdie looks in the Four Ball format and have a chance to contend if they can tread water in the Foursomes format.
ZURICH CLASSIC BETS: FIRST-ROUND LEADER (0.5 UNITS)
Sahith Theegala & Aaron Rai
My bet: +3200
Two prototypical Thursday birdie-makers, how could you not feel confident in Theegala and Rai’s prospects to pace the field in Round 1 this week? Rai paid off a two-way FRL chop alongside David Lipsky at the 2024 Zurich Classic, so with a partner upgrade in 2026, I expect them to be in the mix early on Thursday.
AJ Ewart & Casey Jarvis
My bet: +5000
Standouts on the Korn Ferry Tour and DP World Tour, respectively, this duo has a long history of going low in easy birdie-fest setups. At the Zurich Classic, an outright bet comes with the expectation that the team needs to go low in Four Ball, so naturally, I’m drawn to this young and talented duo in the FRL market as well.
Pontus Nyholm & Jesper Svensson
My bet: +5000
Distance provides a proven pathway for birdies at the Zurich Classic, so I expect this Swedish pairing to have ample birdie-or-better opportunities on Thurdsday. If their putters cooperate, they are a legitimate threat to go low in the Four Ball format.
Blades Brown & Luke Clanton
My bet: +5500
There is no questioning the birdie-making ability of this duo. The only reason I opted to leave this pairing off of my outright card is whether their volatility will hold up during Friday and Sunday’s Foursomes sessions. From a Four Ball standpoint, this group possesses the ability to go as low as any other team in this field.
ZURICH CLASSIC BETS: PROPS (2.5 UNITS)
Top-20 Finish: Michael Thorbjornsen & Karl Vilips
My bet: -135
This pairing checks all the boxes I’m looking for in a high-floor pairing. They have proven success alongside each other at this event, finishing T4 here last year. They’re each in excellent ball-striking form and have the distance needed to generate ample birdie opportunities. And, they love playing together, going back to their days in college at Stanford. In a field that lacks depth, they can place inside the top-20 without their best stuff at the 2026 Zurich Classic.
Top-10 Finish: Tony Finau & Max Greyserman
My bet: +320
It’s difficult to find substantial value in a relatively weak field of just 74 teams. As such, I’m taking on the top-10 market with players who I believe possess the best overall talent and upside. Finau and Greyserman have ideal games to score at TPC Louisiana with their driving distance and proven history of attacking easy scoring setups.
Top-10 Finish: AJ Ewart & Casey Jarvis
My bet: +400
I am higher on Ewart and Jarvis than the market appears to be, so I’m taking to the top-10 market as an insurance play on these longshots. While neither has proven to seriously contend on the PGA Tour just yet, Jarvis is playing confidently enough to carry this team with two wins over his last five starts.
ONE AND DONE
My Pick: N/A
I document my official picks in One And Done in this article every week. This week, however, not all standard OAD pools offer a market for the Zurich Classic, given the unique format. That applies to my pool as well, so I do not have an official selection for this week.
If you find yourself in a One And Done pool that does include the Zurich Classic, be sure to select the lesser of the two partners this week. For example, my selection would be Karl Vilips – not Michael Thorbjornsen – as I have high hopes for their team this week, and do not foresee using Karl Vilips in any future tournaments this season.
Beyond Vilips, I would also consider Sudarshan Yellamaraju, Alex Fitzpatrick, and Taylor Moore as sharp One And Done selections this week.
