Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Toronto Raptors Game 6 Preview, Picks & Odds for Friday, May, 1, 2026

Game 6 between the Cleveland Cavaliers (3-2) and Toronto Raptors (2-3) is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Eastern on Amazon Prime.

Brandon Ingram exited Game 5 early due to right heel inflammation, and his status is uncertain for Game 6. Scottie Barnes was also limping after being hit in the quad, but he stayed in the game and is not listed on the injury report.

Cavaliers vs. Raptors Betting Analysis

Toronto scored 74 points in the first half largely due to a stellar performance from Barnes, who recorded 14 points and eight assists on 6-of-10 shooting from the field. However, his production plummeted during the second half because of a quad injury. Barnes said the following about his injury during a post-game interview – “Obviously, it had some effect. I couldn’t play with that same pace that I was trying to play with. Had a little limp out there, but I was just trying to push through it, trying to win the game. Can’t do nothing about it. Just got to get some recovery, let it rest a little bit, be ready for Friday.”

If Barnes is limited in Game 6, it would be a crushing blow to Toronto’s chances of going the distance. He’s an essential piece on both ends of the court and especially offense given the injuries to Ingram and Immanuel Quickley.

On the bright side, Ja’Kobe Walter had a breakout game. The sophomore contributed 20 points, three rebounds, two assists, four steals, and made six triples. Toronto needs him to replicate this performance in Game 6.

Evan Mobley bounced back from a very rough Game 4 by scoring 23 points on 8-of-13 shooting. The former All-Star effectively attacking mismatches is a driving force behind Cleveland’s offensive success.

The best bet for Game 6 is taking Jakob Poeltl to record at least 15 points plus assists plus rebounds. He’s been crucial on the glass in recent games, and Toronto may run more offense through him with Barnes and Ingram both ailing. Overall, Poeltl has produced 7, 12, 16, 17, and 26 PRAs in this series.
