Ausar Thompson (DET) – Over Points + Rebounds + Assists
Thompson is naturally overshadowed by several of his talented first-unit mates on a regular basis, but the talented wing does an excellent job of delivering complementary production, including on the defensive end. Thompson is coming off a solid first-round series against the Magic as well, one where he averaged 20.4 points + rebounds + assists across 32.7 minutes per contest. The 2023 fifth overall pick shot a crisp 51.0% as well, and he’s now headed into a matchup he enjoyed a solid amount of success in during the regular season.
Thompson averaged 21.6 points + rebounds + assists in four regular season games against Cleveland, a span where he shot an impressively efficient 58.3%. Thompson cleared the 18.5 figure in two of those contests while finishing right on the hook with 18 points + rebounds + assists in the third one. The Cavs have allowed 47.2% shooting to small forwards since the start of the regular season as well, and Thompson is pulling in an efficient 63.5% of his 13.7 rebounding opportunities thus far in the postseason.

Evan Mobley (CLE) – Over Points + Rebounds + Assists
Mobley has carried over the momentum over from a career-best regular season into the early stages of the postseason, as the big man provided key contributions across the stat sheet during the grueling first-round series against the Raptors. Mobley averaged 30.1 points + rebounds + assists across 33.1 minutes per contest while shooting 58.0%, including 39.1% from behind the arc. He averaged a solid 11.6 field-goal attempts per game as well, and the foul trouble that he encountered in Game 7 prevented his numbers from being even better.
Mobley now faces a Pistons squad that he performed well against during the regular season, despite the tough on-paper matchup Detroit poses. The big man averaged 29.6 points + rebounds + assists across 33.0 minutes in four games against the Pistons, and he shot 55.8%, including 45.0% from three-point range, in that span as well. Mobley is also sporting a 55.2% conversion rate on his 16.0 rebounding opportunities per contest thus far this postseason, and he’s dished out between three and seven assists in four of the last five contests.
Original Line Publish: 27.5
Isaiah Hartenstein (OKC) – Over Points + Rebounds
Hartenstein is a key contributor on the glass and frequently solid source of complementary scoring for the team that enters the second round with the most cumulative rest. Thanks to OKC’s sweep of the Suns that concluded April 27, the Thunder will have fresh legs coming into Tuesday’s Game 1, and that should help Hartenstein carry over the momentum from an impressive opening round. The big man averaged 19.3 points + rebounds over 23.5 minutes per contest versus the Suns, shooting 71.4% from the field and 82.4% from the free-throw line.
Hartenstein churned out 17.0 points + rebounds in his first three regular-season games against the Lakers this season, and he played just 10 minutes in the fourth encounter between the teams but still mustered five quick rebounds in that span. Hartenstein saw an abundant 17.8 rebounding opportunities per contest in the first round of the postseason, and although he’s only converting those at a 46.5% rate, that still allowed him to record between eight and 12 boards in three of the four games vs. the Suns. Hartenstein is also averaging 27.0 points + rebounds per 36 minutes with Jalen Williams off the floor since the start of the regular season, and the latter will remain out Tuesday due to his hamstring injury.
