Toronto Raptors vs. Cleveland Cavaliers Game 7 Preview, Picks & Odds for Sunday, May 3, 2026
Game 7 between the Toronto Raptors (3-3) and Cleveland Cavaliers (3-3) is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Eastern on NBC. Brandon Ingram is questionable to play after missing the last contest with right heel inflammation, while Immanuel Quickley remains sidelined.
Raptors vs. Cavaliers Betting Analysis
Scottie Barnes saved Toronto from elimination in Game 6. The All-Star played 47 minutes despite dealing with a sore quad and totaled 25 points, 14 assists, seven rebounds, three steals, and three blocks. He was everywhere on both sides of the court.
RJ Barrett assisted Barnes by scoring 24 points, including a go-ahead triple that had shades of Tyrese Haliburton’s shot in Game 1 of the 2025 Eastern Conference Finals.

Toronto’s youngsters also joined in the action. Sophomore Ja’Kobe Walter added 24 points, while rookie Collin Murray-Boyles posted a double-double and was a monster defensively. They are the key to a Raptors Game 7 win because they can act as glue pieces and fill in the gaps around Barnes and Barrett.
On the other side, a Cavaliers loss probably leads to drastic moves this offseason. Nobody would feel safe, even Evan Mobley and Donovan Mitchell. The James Harden trade would also draw a ton of criticism. However, excluding garbage time, the Cavs are +10 points per 100 possessions this series with Harden on the court compared to -15.9 points per 100 possessions when he rests. The veteran has committed too many turnovers, but he has not been the main problem.
Mitchell and Mobley both have to step up in Game 7. The Cavs are paying them a combined $92.7 million this season to pull through when Cleveland needs them most. Mitchell shooting 37.3% from the field over the past four games is simply unacceptable.
The best bet for Game 7 is taking Toronto to cover the 8.5-point spread. Their defense has been phenomenal over the last few games and possesses enough size, length, and versatility to continue to wreak havoc. Toronto has also found an offensive rhythm sans Ingram.
