World Cup Best Player Prop Picks, Odds, Predictions for Tuesday, June 30, 2026
Day three of the 2026 World Cup Round of 32 gets underway on Tuesday, June 30, with another three-game slate starting at 1 p.m. ET.
The Ivory Coast and Norway open the day, with the African side making their knockout-stage debut while Norway returns to a knockout round for the first Time in 28 years. Both sides finished as runners-up in their groups, with Norway, strangely, opting to rest several starters against France on matchday 3, with Group I still in the balance. The European side now heads to AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, as slight favorites to advance to the Round of 16.
Tournament favorites France head to MetLife Stadium in New York for a 4:30 p.m. ET clash against Sweden. The two European sides meet at the World Cup for the first time, having last faced each other in the UEFA Nations League in 2020. France has looked as dominant as expected heading into the tournament and enters as heavy favorites against Group F’s third-placed side.
The evening concludes with co-hosts Mexico taking on Ecuador at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. El Tri plays its first knockout match since 2018 in front of their home supporters after topping Group A with relative ease. Mexico is one of just two teams in the competition yet to concede a goal and now faces a South American side that pulled off one of the group stage’s biggest upsets, defeating Germany 2-1 on matchday three to advance as third-placed finishers in Group E.

Tuesday’s Best 2026 World Cup Player Props
- Erling Haaland (Norway) – Over 2.5 Shots on Goal (+195)
- Michael Olise (France) – Over 1.5 Goals + Assist
- Hernán Galíndez (Ecuador) – Over 3.5 Saves (+170)
Erling Haaland – Over 2.5 Shots on Goal (+195)
Haaland has been everything advertised in his World Cup debut, scoring four goals across his two appearances heading into Tuesday’s match. The Manchester City superstar was rested in Norway’s final group stage match and now faces an Ivory Coast side that showed defensive resilience throughout the group stage.
Even so, given the form Haaland is in, it’s hard not to back him to carry his hot streak into the Round of 32. The 25-year-old leads Norway with five shots per game, 3.5 of which have been on target. Regardless of the defensive attention he attracts, Haaland consistently finds ways to get into scoring positions when his team needs him most.
Michael Olise – Over 1.5 Goals + Assist (+340)
Like Haaland, Olise has impressed in his first World Cup appearances. The Bayern Munich star is one of several world-class attackers France fields on a nightly basis, which means the 24-year-old doesn’t always have the opportunity to impose himself as his quality demands. Even so, Sweden’s attack-heavy approach invites France’s pacey front line to thrive in transition, and Olise is well placed to benefit.
Olise is still searching for his first World Cup goal after going without one in the group stage. The right winger leads France with three assists and has created the most big chances on the team so far. While a goal feels overdue, you can always count on Olise to deliver dangerous balls into teammates and put them in prime positions to score.
Hernán Galíndez – Over 3.5 Saves (+170)
Galíndez will look to be the hero in Ecuador’s first World Cup knockout match in 20 years. They face a Mexican side that showed attacking promise during the group stage, albeit against lighter competition in Group A. Mexico averaged 4.3 shots on target per game and took nearly 12 shots per contest across their first three matches.
Galíndez and Ecuador’s defense have been impressive throughout and will need to maintain that level heading into the knockout stage. The 39-year-old saved 80% of the shots he faced during the group stage, averaging just under three saves per game. Mexico dominated Ecuador in nearly every attacking metric the last time these sides met competitively, registering 20 total shots, with all four on-target shots saved, in a 0-0 draw at the 2024 Copa América.
With Mexico playing at home in front of their supporters, expect the co-hosts to generate plenty of chances and give Galíndez plenty of work to do.
