We cooled off on Sunday after a few winning days in a row, as Randy Arozarena, Amed Rosario, and Miguel Vargas were each unable to hit home runs. We’ll look to get back on track on the Monday slate.
Today, we’re riding with Colton Cowser, Jazz Chisholm Jr., and Kyle Schwarber. Each of these hitters is in a good spot to hit a home run with exploitable matchups on tap.

Home Run Prop Predictions & Odds: MLB HR Best Bets for Monday, June 8
Colton Cowser Home Run Odds
Colton Cowser is currently slashing .244/.324/.409 with six home runs in 146 plate appearances. This includes a rock-solid 11.4% barrel rate. After a down year in 2025, Cowser is slowly rediscovering his rookie-year form.
In the last 14 days, the Orioles’ outfielder is slashing .361/.415/.722 with four home runs in 41 plate appearances. He’s also homered in back-to-back games. That makes it three home runs in his last seven games, so he’s red-hot at the plate.
Up next is a matchup against Mariners’ right-hander Emerson Hancock, who is having a breakout season. However, Hancock is still having a bit of an issue with home runs, especially against lefties like Cowser, as he’s giving up a 1.36 HR/9 against them.
Considering how well Cowser is swinging the bat right now, it makes sense to take a shot on him to hit No. 7 in this spot. Risk 0.1 units.
Jazz Chisholm Jr. Home Run Odds
Jazz Chisholm Jr. is currently slashing .234/.306/.396 with eight home runs in 248 plate appearances. His barrel rate has plummeted from 15.0% to 6.6%. Needless to say, it’s been a slow start to his contract year.
However, given Chisholm’s strong track record as a talented hitter with 30-homer upside, I’m optimistic that he’ll eventually get on track at the plate. In fact, we’re already starting to see him heat up.
In his last eight games, Chisholm has homered three times, including once against the Red Sox on Sunday.
That’s good news for the Monday slate, where Chisholm gets to face Gavin Williams. While that looks like a tough matchup on paper, Chisholm has actually performed well vs. Williams throughout his career, homering once with a .783 expected slugging percentage in six plate appearances.
With how hot he’s been at the plate, we’ll ride with Jazz here. Risk 0.1 units.
Kyle Schwarber Home Run Odds
Kyle Schwarber is currently slashing .238/.358/.579 with 23 home runs in 279 plate appearances. This is one of the best power hitters in MLB, so it’s no surprise to see him doing what he usually does at the plate.
While Schwarber is in the middle of an 0-for-10 mini-slump, he’s still homered twice in his last nine games. I like him to snap out of this cold streak in an exploitable matchup tonight.
Even though it’s a lefty-vs-lefty spot, it’s one that you don’t want to miss, as Schwarber is going up against Patrick Corbin. Even though the veteran southpaw has provided some quality innings for the Blue Jays, he still has a 5.28 xERA on the season.
On top of that, Schwarber has two homers with a .700 expected slugging percentage in 28 plate appearances vs. Corbin. With that in mind, let’s roll with this Phillies’ slugger here. Risk 0.1 units.
