World Cup Best Player Prop Picks, Odds, Predictions for Sunday, June 21, 2026

The 2026 FIFA World Cup is really heating up now! Haiti and Turkiye became the first two teams to be eliminated from this year’s edition. Both still have a game to play, but their time in the World Cup will come to an end before the Knockout Stages begin.

Tunisia could become the third team to lose their World Cup place when they take on Japan, depending on the result between the Netherlands and Sweden. While the remaining Sunday games won’t necessarily confirm the elimination of any side, they could go a long way in deciding who finishes where in their respective Groups.

The aforementioned Group F game between Tunisia and Japan is the (very) early kick off, starting at 12am ET. Spain then takes on Saudi Arabia in Group H, a 12pm ET start time for that one. Then, Belgium is up against Iran in Group G at 3pm ET, followed by Uruguay vs Cape Verde at 6pm ET.

The final game of the day sees New Zealand against Egypt in Group G at 9pm ET.

Another tantalising day in store for World Cup fans! Let’s look at the best player props for Sunday’s fixtures. Make sure to check out our World Cup match trends page for daily odds, insights and betting data for each game.

Sunday’s Best 2026 World Cup Player Props

    • Pedri (Spain) Over 0.5 Assist
    • Kevin De Bruyne (Belgium) Over 0.5 Goal or Assist (-105)
    • Elijah Just (New Zealand) Over 0.5 Shots on Goal

    Pedri (Spain) Over 0.5 Assist

This is undoubtedly a game Spain must win. After only managing a 0-0 draw against Cape Verde, the game against Saudi Arabia takes on even more importance if the pre-tournament favorites are to cement their place in the Knockout Stages. Spain are up against Uruguay in their final Group H game. If they only manage a draw against Saudi Arabia and have to beat Uruguay to progress, well, that’s one huge task.

There’s still doubts over the fitness of Lamine Yamal. The Barcelona starlet came off the bench against Cape Verde, it’s likely Yamal will again be a substitute for their second Group H game. With that in mind, my attention turns to Pedri. For me, in the probable absence of Yamal, he’s the man most likely to create. He’s also the go-to corner taker, a route to goal the Spanish will be looking to take advantage of.

Kevin De Bruyne (Belgium) Over 0.5 Goal or Assist (-105)

For my second player prop bet, I turn again to the assist king. A different market to last time, though, as I like the look of the Goals and Assists market as his Belgium side takes on Iran.

The midfield maestro is Belgium’s go-to free kick taker, corner taker and chance creator. De Bruyne also isn’t a stranger to finding the back of the net himself. I’m expecting Belgium’s number 7 to unlock Iran’s defence throughout the game, as well as having opportunities to get on the scoresheet himself.

Elijah Just (New Zealand) Over 0.5 Shots on Goal

What a start to the 2026 World Cup New Zealand’s Elijah Just enjoyed! Scoring 2 goals as his country played out a 2-2 draw against Iran, Just is the subject of one of my player picks for Sunday.

Egypt will be a much tougher opposition than Iran was, true. I do, though, expect New Zealand to create chances and Just will be central to that. Can he find the net once again? Time will tell, but I do think he’ll test the Egyptian goal at least once.
