It’s going to be tough with a strong pitching matchup between Blake Snell and Trey Yesavage, so we’ll have to dig deep to find value.

Home Run Prop Predictions & Odds: MLB HR Best Bets (Friday, Oct. 24)
Daulton Varsho Odds Home Run Odds:
The first home run pick starts with a sneaky angle in going with a left-handed hitter in Daulton Varsho taking on a lefty pitcher in Blake Snell.
Here’s the thing: Snell doesn’t allow home runs, putting up a sub-0.8 HR/9 in each of the last four seasons. That means, if a Blue Jay is going to homer in Game 1, it’s likely going to come off a Dodgers’ reliever.
With that in mind, why not take the lefty vs. lefty discount on Varsho? We don’t have to worry about Varsho getting pinch-hit for because his defense in center field is so valuable.
This is a hitter who slugged 20 homers in 71 games this year, so you’re getting nice value here.
Teoscar Hernandez Odds For MLB Home Run Picks:
Trey Yesavage is on the mound for the Blue Jays. The dynamic rookie has been weaker vs righties (.352 wOBA) than lefties (.216 wOBA), so we’re targeting a pair of right-handed hitters on the Dodgers.
The first is Teoscar Hernandez, who homered 25 times in 134 games during the regular season. He’s been impressive in the playoffs as well, featuring four home runs in 10 games.
We all know that Teoscar knows Rogers Centre well, having played for the Blue Jays for five seasons. Don’t be surprised if he goes yard to start off this series.
Mookie Betts Odds For MLB HR Predictions:
My final pick for home run predictions is another Dodgers righty in Mookie Betts. While it was a disappointing year for Betts, featuring only 20 homers in 150 games, there’s value in targeting him against Yesavage.
Not only is the Blue Jays’ rookie worse against right-handers, but his fastball has also been vulnerable (.354 xwOBA). Betts has a .421 xwOBA against fastballs, so perhaps he can unload on one here.
As with Teoscar, Betts has familiarity at Rogers Centre, having played here numerous times while with the Red Sox. With that in mind, we’ll take Betts to go yard here.
MLB Parlay For Home Run Predictions Today
Over at DraftKings, a three-leg homer parlay with Varsho, Hernandez, and Betts generates +29000 odds. By converting that to implied probability, there’s a 0.3% chance this longshot wager cashes in.
