This article features content produced in partnership with DraftKings.

We’re moving on to Week 17 of the 2025 NFL season, with no shortage of intriguing matchups to target for the DraftKings6 slate.

These contests combine stat projections into a single lineup. Simply build a lineup of projections by selecting whether they will have more or less than their projected output. You must have at least two from the same sport (as you cannot combine Picks from other sports), but this column focuses on the NFL.

With that in mind, let’s break down my selections for Week 17 NFL for DraftKings Pick6.

Week 17 NFL Selections: DraftKings Pick6 (Sunday, December 28)

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr.: More Than 44.5 Receiving Yards

Brian Thomas Jr. has been a major disappointment this season, putting up only 619 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games. The second-year wideout is averaging 23.8 fewer yards per game this season.

However, even with that decrease to 51.6 yards per game, that’s still more than this week’s 44.5 receiving yards prop. It’s a great spot against the Colts in Week 17, as this is a defense that has allowed the second-most receiving yards to wideouts this year.

On top of that, Thomas has performed well against the Colts in his career. In three games, the former LSU standout has racked up 80+ yards in each matchup. With that in mind, this is the ideal spot for him to get going. I wouldn’t even mind throwing in Thomas in a ladder, where you target alternate lines for a larger payout.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty: More Than 102.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards

Ashton Jeanty has had an underwhelming rookie season, but he came through with a massive game against a tough Texans defense last week, racking up 188 total yards and two touchdowns.

With Brock Bowers out for the season, look for Jeanty to be the absolute focal point of this Raiders offense. That’s big news in such a great matchup against the Giants, who rank 31st in rushing yards allowed this season.

Since we saw the impact that Jeanty can make in the passing game with his 60-yard touchdown reception last week, we’ll target his total yards prop instead of rushing yards. It’s a high number, but I believe Jeanty will still eclipse it due to heavy usage in a terrific matchup.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase: More Than 87.5 Receiving Yards

Ja’Marr Chase is averaging 89.7 receiving yards per game this season, which is slightly above this number. We’ve seen Chase rack up 100+ yards in consecutive games, and this looks like an even better spot.

This matchup vs the Cardinals has the second-highest total on the slate, so it’s projected to be a high-scoring game. That means that it’s more likely that Chase gets peppered with targets in this game.

Chase averages almost 12 targets per game, so if that continues, he should be able to get 88+ receiving yards due to this favorable game environment. There’s a chance that this one comes down to the wire, forcing both teams to play uptempo and increase their passing volume. Bet on a massive game from Chase in this one.
