Friday’s Best WNBA Player Props
- Veronica Burton (GSV) – Over Assists
- Paige Bueckers (DAL) – Over Points + Assists
- Kamilla Cardoso (CHI) – Over Points + Rebounds
Veronica Burton (GSV) – Over Assists
Burton is standing out as a facilitator for the second consecutive season, averaging 5.3 dimes per contest after putting up a career-high 6.0 per game in 2025. The 25-year-old guard has also taken a bigger role on offense — she’s putting up 12.0 points per game — but she’s also dished out at least six assists on 10 occasions.
The opposing Sun could help Burton reach that threshold again, considering Connecticut is allowing 45.6 percent shooting, including 46.2 percent over the last three games. Burton dished out six assists in her one prior game against the Sun, which are giving up the sixth-most points per game (86.7). Connecticut is also surrendering 12.7 assists per contest to guards, while Burton has handed out at least six assists on 10 occasions.
Original line publish: 5.5
Paige Bueckers (DAL) – Over Points + Assists
Bueckers endured some shooting struggles here last time on the court, but thanks to her elevated offensive usage, she still got a respectable 15 points in Tuesday’s win over the Liberty. Bueckers went just 5-for-15 from the floor in that contest, but she’d drained a blistering 57.3% of her shots, including 38.1% from three-point range, over the previous five games. Bueckers is shooting a career-best 51.3% overall this season while putting up a robust 15.0 shots per game.
Bueckers is also averaging a career-high 6.0 assists per game, and she’s dished out at least five dimes in nine of the last 10 games, a span where she’s averaging 27.7 points + assists per contest. Bueckers recorded 29 points + assists in her one prior meeting with the Tempo two games ago, and given Friday’s game is at the neutral site of Bell Centre in Montreal, it’s worth noting Toronto is giving up a WNBA-high 97.6 points and the second-most assists (24.2) per road game.
Original Line Publish: 27.5
Kamilla Cardoso (CHI) – Over Points + Rebounds
Cardoso had a relatively subdued performance her last time on the floor Tuesday against the Mercury, taking only seven shot attempts and finishing with nine points. That snapped a streak of nine consecutive double-digit scoring efforts for Cardoso, who averaged 25.0 points + rebounds per game in that stretch. Additional offensive opportunities could be available Friday, considering Skylar Diggins, who’s averaging 11.7 field-goal attempts per contest, has already been ruled out due to her knee injury.
This is the first meeting of the season between the Sky and Sparks, but Los Angeles presents as an appealing matchup from both a scoring and rebounding standpoint. L.A. has allowed a WNBA-high 92.5 points per home game, plus league-high 47.9% overall shooting and 57.9% two-point shooting in that split. The Sparks are also surrendering the fourth-most total rebounds per game (43.9) — including 47.7 over the last three — along with the third-highest defensive rebounding rate (77.4) and offensive rebounding rate (28.9%) per home contest.
