Green Bay Packers vs. Las Vegas Raiders Player Prop Picks
Check out below for Packers vs. Raiders player prop best bets.
Jordan Love Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (+114 DK)
The Packers are excelling in the red zone to the tune of a 69.23 touchdown percentage, which ranks fourth in the league. They face a below average Raiders defense that, entering the week, allowed the fifth most passing touchdowns, ranked 27th in percentage of opponent drives ending in an offensive score, and was 30th in opponent dropback expected points added per play.
With Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Luke Musgrave, and Aaron Jones on the field, Love possesses a plethora of weapons that can find the end zone. It’s no surprise that he owns the third most expected passing touchdowns per PFF and at one point led the NFL in touchdown percentage. Factor in Las Vegas’ competent run defense, and all signs point towards Green Bay throwing the ball in the red zone.
Jordan Love Longest Completion Over 35.5 Yards (-114 DK)
Entering the week, Love was fourth in 20+ yard attempts and first in average depth of target (per PFF). Green Bay is letting Love sling the ball, and he’s seen success through this strategy. Doubs and Reed have shined, but Watson’s return to full strength completely adds a new downfield dynamic. Of the 62 wide receivers with at least 65 targets last year, Watson was sixth in average depth of target and eleventh in yards per route run…as a rookie. He should explode here now that his hamstring injury appears to be behind him. Overall, Love’s weapons thrive in deep passing situations, and Las Vegas’ mediocre secondary isn’t equipped to stop them.
Christian Watson Anytime Touchdown (+230 FD)
As stated above, this Raiders secondary may be in for a long night against Green Bay’s offense, especially versus Christian Watson. The 6’4” receiver owns a 38.5 inch vertical and runs a 4.36 40-yard dash, so he’s an absolute athletic freak. Watson can outjump these corners in the end zone while outrunning them in the open field. Jordan Love will assuredly be looking Watson’s way above all others.
He scored seven touchdowns in eleven games last year, and Watson found the end zone in his season-opener last week. Given his matchup and Green Bay’s projected scoring volume, he’s an excellent bet at his +230 odds, which hold an implied probability of 30 percent.
