Catchers fly off the shelves in the first round it seems, as Travis D'Arnaud was another one projected to be a stud behind the dish. D'Arnaud was drafted in the first round back in 2007. He was another catcher to suffer injuries, and never quite getting in a groove. Catchers have shortened careers anyway unless they move to first base, but it looks like the prime is passed for D'Arnaud. He has also been playing for the Mets, who have had notorious troubles on the injury front, and keeping them healthy. He has missed almost four total seasons with a major injury in his career.
