“Captain”
Standard Play
Tyler Herro ($9,000) vs Lakers– Herro wasn’t playing his best early in this series but he has improved in every game thus far and I think that will continue tonight. He is coming off a game 4 where he scored 21 PTS with 7 REB and looked in better shooting form going 8/18 from the field and 3/7 from 3. With Jimmy Butler handling most of the playmaking Herro’s assist numbers have dropped but he has been very helpful on the glass. Look for Herro to show up when it matters most in this win or go home game for Miami.
Standard Play
Duncan Robinson ($7,000) vs Lakers– Duncan Robinson couldn’t get anything going in game 1 or 2 but in the last two games they have got him some different type of looks and it has benefited him. He had a series high 17 points in their last game and shot 50% from behind the arc, which is where the value for Robinson comes from. The price for Duncan has gone up almost $2,000 since game 4 but I think this is a risk we have to take in this situation.
Standard Play
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope ($5,600) vs Heat– Caldwell-Pope isn’t a high profile player on the Lakers but he has provided them a lot on the offensive end during this series. He has scored 22+ FPTS in 3 of the 4 games of this series and has had a lot of looks from behind the arc off of LeBron James drives. He has shot 22 threes in the last 3 games and has grabbed no less than 3 rebounds along with 10 assists. We usually don’t expect a lot other than scoring from Caldwell-Pope but he has been very active this series and that is why he’ll be on my roster tonight.
Standard Play
Danny Green ($4,400) vs Heat– Danny Green has been clowned this entire series and for good reason, he hasn’t been able to hit shots with any consistency and hasn’t looked very confident. However, he did bounce back in game 4 going 4/8 from the field and hitting 2 threes en-route to 18.5 FPTS on the night. The shots are there for Green it has just been the issue of knocking them down. In these type of contests I think you have to take a fair amount of risk and I am betting on Green carrying his positive momentum into game 5.
