Point Guard

Terry Rozier ($6,600) vs HawksRozier has been playing some excellent basketball for the Hornets as of late. He comes into this game averaging 20 PPG 4.7 APG and 3.5 RPG while shooting 51.3% from behind the arc in his last 6 games. When the shot is falling Rozier is hard to stop and although he won’t average a ton of assists or rebounds he still gets a decent amount. In this small slate of games he is worth a play, especially when he is shooting the ball this well.

Shooting Guard

Cam Reddish ($4,500) vs HornetsReddish missed most of the Hawks last game with “lower-limb cramping” but if he is in the lineup today I think he is worth a play at this dirt cheap price. Despite missing most of the last game he is still averaging 17 PPG in his last 5 games and is shooting 56% from the field and 61.5% from the 3 point line. It took a while but he has been scoring at an excellent rate off the bench for the Hawks and he can also contribute with his defense. As long as he is a full go you can’t beat this price.

Small Forward

Khris Middleton ($7,600) vs NuggetsThe Bucks will be without Giannis in this game and that opens things up for the Middleton and Bledsoe show. Last night in Phoenix Middleton went off for over 30 PTS and without Giannis he is going to be the primary scorer in this offense. It’ll be tough on back to back games to put up good numbers but with his ability to rebound and the amount of shots he will be getting up he is worth a play at $7,600. In such a small slate it is unusual to get an all-star at a sub $8,000 price so I am going to take it here vs a Nuggets defense that ranks 20th in DK vs SF’s this season.

Power Forward

Bojan Bogdanovic ($6,100) vs RaptorsBojan continues to get up shots in bunches and is a key scoring option behind Donovan Mitchell in the Jazz offense. He comes into this game having scored 33+ FPTS in 3 of their last 4 games and he scored 40+ FPTS in 2 of those games as well. He won’t “wow” anybody in categories other than scoring but he has averaged around 5 RPG in the last 4 which is a good sign. The Raptors have a good defense overall, but they have allowed the 5th most FPTS vs forwards this season and with the way Bojan can score I think he is worth the play tonight at home.

Center

Rudy Gobert

Rudy Gobert ($7,900) vs RaptorsGobert doesn’t create shots for himself but he is elite at cleaning the glass and finishing at the rim. He comes into this game averaging 12.5 PPG and 10.0 RPG while shooting an amazing 90.6% from the field. He is also a superb defender with 2.0 BPG so far this season. Besides Jokic, Gobert is probably the best center available and with 3 of his last 4 games scoring 40+ FPTS I am going to have him in my roster tonight despite the tough matchup.

Sleeper Play

Jerami Grant ($4,300) vs BucksGrant has lost some playing time to Paul Millsap but he is still averaging around 27 per game as one of the key options off the Nuggets bench. He has had some big games scoring and has not scored lower than 20 FPTS in 4 of his last 5 games for Denver. He has shown the ability to put up 30+ FPTS in a game and without Giannis and his length on the Bucks defense that could open up some things for Grant. With his high floor paired with the upside he has shown us previously I think this is a great pick at only $4,300.
