DraftKings NFL Week 2 Cheat Sheet: Daily Fantasy Rankings, Projections, Stacks (Free Download)

After Week 1 we have a small sample for the 2019 season, and we still need to weight that carefully. Blowouts could be looming this week, as the Ravens are 13 point favorites, and the Patriots are 18 point favorites. Some of the higher totals on the slate belong to those teams, but also the Chiefs, Cowboys, Saints, and surprisingly Chargers despite all the injuries. Big home implied totals belong to the Ravens, Rams, Texans, and Steelers.

Lineup Building Analysis

Pass catching running backs are in a great spot this week. Alvin Kamara saw his usual workload last week and his PPR scoring is always a safe floor. With the Rams struggling against the run, but also allowing a similar used back in Christian McCaffrey to rack up fantasy points last week, we can expect Kamara to do the same. He is by far my favorite of the big three going. After Week 1, Austin Ekeler is priced up a bit, but his value is far higher on DK given the potential to rack up receptions. Both these names are up on the list for this week. The value and mid range backs are strong plays in all formats. Josh Jacobs is far too cheap as pricing came out before the Monday Night game. Damien Williams is going to be used to have value still, especially in the passing game.

Expect a lot of Darren Waller and Jacobs for value this week, as Waller sits at $3,300. For cash games you are going to want to plug them in, and in tournaments you can make the case to pivot given the ownership will be high. Mark Andrews is another tight end that didn’t get a big enough bump in price. He sits at $3,800. Both Travis Kelce and George Kittle are worth it for paying up at tight end.

There are a few quarterbacks that are worth a look below $6,000. Jared Goff is the first one, getting a Saints secondary that has struggled dating back to last year. We have also seen Goff thrive at home. Ben Roethlisberger is a nice pivot in GPPs, as the Steelers should be lower owned for this week, especially with the other options on the board and a Week 1 recency bias.

Stacking Analysis

We are looking at some similar stacks to last weekend, and if you want to pivot away from the obvious stacks, Pittsburgh is the way to go. They also come in fairly cheap given their performance last week, but also the uncertainty of their wideouts after JuJu Smith-Schuster. Seattle’s secondary isn’t much of a threat, and especially on the road. The Rams-Saints games comes in as a stackable game for both sides. Los Angeles is interesting because the backfield is unclear, and there are a ton of passing options. I like an aerial stack with this group, going with Robert Woods and Brandin Cooks. Cooper Kupp is also viable too on DraftKings, where I like him here more than FanDuel. The Saints have the usual names, and I would add in Jared Cook as a third or fourth option.
