NBA DraftKings DFS Lineup Picks 11/11/19

Point Guard
D’Angelo Russell ($8,300) vs Jazz– Russell has been a bit banged up this season but now that he is back he is basically the entire offense for the Warriors. With Curry out indefinitely, Russell has assumed all point guard responsibilities and in the last two games he has combined to score 82 points with 11 total REBs and 12 ASTs. While it is likely the defenses will catch onto this we will likely see Russell fire up 25ish shots a night from now on which can only be good for fantasy owners. He is shooting over 50% in the last two games so while he is shooting it well I would have Russell in your lineup.
Shooting Guard
Jrue Holiday ($7,400) vs Rockets– Holiday hasn’t been scoring a lot of points this year but he still is filling up the stat sheet night in and night out. In his last 5 games Holiday is averaging 15.6 PPG 5.2 RPG 6.6 APG and has 2.4 SPG as well. He is a defensive player so this is good to see and in those games he is averaging 38 FPTS per game. Houston is giving up the 10th most points to opposing guards in DK this season so Holiday should have opportunity to fill up the stat sheet once again vs James Harden and the Rockets. Take a long look at Holiday if you are looking for a high floor option who is one of the best two way players at his position.
Small Forward
Bruce Brown Jr. ($5,600) vs Timberwolves– With the Pistons banged up we have seen a lot of Bruce Brown Jr. and in the last 5 games he is been playing more than 33 minutes per game. He hasn’t been shooting it very effectively but he is playing enough to be valuable, 11.4 PPG 4.6 RPG 4.8 APG 1.6 SPG in the last 5. The Wolves are allowing the 6th most fantasy points to opposing guards so even if Brown doesn’t shoot it effectively he should be able to get some easy baskets at times vs this defense. You won’t find a guy in this range who touches the ball more in their team’s offense.
Power Forward
Jaren Jackson Jr. ($5,300) vs Spurs– Jackson started off the season slow but recently it has looked like he has found his shooting stroke. He is 16 for his last 29 shooting the ball and is coming off a game vs Dallas when he scored 23 points while shooting 58.8% from the field. Jackson has shown he can shoot the jumper and Ja Morant should be able to find him all around the floor when people crash on his drives. Like a lot of guys on my list today the Spurs have not played well vs PFs, 6th most points allowed on DK. The price is very good and I like Jackson because if he keeps shooting the ball well his upside is really high in this spot.
Center
Ivica Zubac ($4,900) vs Raptors– Zubac is coming off one of his best games of the season where he scored 15 points with 13 rebounds on 7/12 shooting from the field. He has been hovering around 15-20 minutes a game this year and he has been extremely effective grabbing rebounds and getting enough points to be DK relevant. Toronto is down Serge Ibaka so I think there will be some good opportunities for Zubac to use his size and skill vs a Toronto team that is coming off a big win last night vs the Lakers. If you don’t want to shell out for a top tier center take a look at Zubac.
Sleeper Play
Marko Guduric ($3,600) vs Spurs– Grizzlies rookie Marko Guduric has been receiving a good amount of minutes early in the season and he has been taking advantage. He is coming off of a 14 PTS 4 AST 3 REB performance in their last game and he has now played 25+ minutes in his last two games. In 19.5 minutes per game across the last 5 games the rookie is averaging only 16.2 FPTS per game but he is shooting 48% from field and 44.4% from 3. However, I expect him to continue his better play as of late and is a deep sleeper option if you are looking for someone like that to round out your lineup.
