The Bengals team stats page includes their offensive rating, defensive rating, and more. After coming up short in their Super Bowl appearance against the Rams, the Bengals were poised to make another run off the backs of their elite offense. While they fell short once again in a questionable loss against the Chiefs in the AFC Championship, their offense managed to maintain their elite status by ranking in the top eight in both yards per game (360.5) and points per game (26.1). We can expect more of the same going into this year as the Bengals bring back their core receiving unit of Ja’Marr Chase, Tyler Boyd, and Tee Higgins. Joe Mixon also returns to the backfield, constantly improving as a dual threat back as he integrates himself more into their pass game. With continuity on the offensive end, the Bengals turned their focus to their defense and added the likes of Myles Murphy and DJ Turner in the draft. Should the defense improve to at least league average DVOA ranks then the Bengals will find themselves in the midst of another Super Bowl run.
