Brian Hoyer has made his living mostly as a backup quarterback, mainly for Tom Brady. He came into the league non-drafted out of Michigan State, but New England saw something in him, as he sat behind Tom Brady for three seasons. He later got an opportunity to start in Cleveland, where he posted over 3,000 passing yards, and actually had seven wins which is surprising for a Cleveland team these days. Hoyer is back to backing up younger quarterbacks, but if any quarterback goes down, Hoyer gives teams chances to win. He has a 60% completion rate, and over 50 touchdowns.
